- Limitation of Liability:To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAUA, its officers, employees, affiliates, partners, or content providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if informed of the possibility of such damages.
- Medical Liability:MAUA shall not be liable for any diagnosis, treatment, or decisions made (or not made) based on the content of the Site.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MAUA and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

14. Entire Agreement
These Terms (together with any notices, guidelines, or additional policies referenced herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and MAUA regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements.
